Hi, I'm Janelle.
As a holistic wellness educator, radio show host, program designer, and professional musician, I have crafted a program to reach vulnerable populations during their lowest moments to help empower them to reach for their next levels in life.
As of 2023, in Westchester County, New York, I have completed the 8th annual "Jailhouse Jazz and Blues" workshop under my stage name, "Janelle."
I'm working now to expand this exciting program to California's incarcerated populations.
I served as a trustee appointed to serve on the board of the Mount Vernon Public Library, from December 21, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
Correctional officers also have a great deal of stress, which is the #1 cause of disease and death by far. I share powerful techniques that work with the body-mind connection to promote the highest quality of life possible by knocking out symptoms of PTSD, withdrawal, and general anxiety.
Learning how to manage our emotions is key to a high-quality life, and I help others do just that with quantum energy techniques such as Reiki, tapping, and breath work.
